We rented a car 1.5 months ago from Eurocars, as we were travelling from Spain with our 1 year old daughter. We called on the same day our flight was arriving, just to confirm that they had the baby seat prepared in it and they confirmed everything was in order.
What a surprise when 10 minutes after, we received a call from one of their agents telling us that they didn't have any car to give us because the car had had an accident in the morning. The solution they offered was for us to go 400kms from the airport..???? how??? to pick up the replacement car??!?
We were stuck at the airport with a 1 year old baby with no car, had to pay for a taxi to commute and our vacations ruined!! These guys are a fraud, highly NOT recommended to have anything not deal with them!!!
